    Delegate Shott moves to amend the Committee Substitute in section five-bb on page three on line fifteen immediately following the word “section” by inserting the following:

“; which procedure shall result in the expeditious payment of the prize winner of the amount of the prize, less any delinquent taxes, at the time of the presentation of the winning ticket or other proof of claim”

AND

on page three on line fifteen immediately following the word “section.” by striking the words “The director shall include in the agreement a method by which Lottery Director will provide the names of lottery winners as expeditiously as possible.”
